During a huge argument with his housemate, Stimpy, Ren realizes how cruel he can be to his beloved pal. He seeks psychiatric help from Dr. Mr. Horse. Ren launches into a tale about how he was painfully born, and ever since, he has been obsessed with causing pain. We get to meet his parents for the first time. As Ren grew up, he tortured animals, and finally chose a frog to focus his torturing on. You even get to see the birth of Ren Hoek. Eventually the frog begs Ren to kill him so the pain will stop. Ren refuses to do so, because he knows that it will end the fun. He then met Stimpy and told the doctor about the extremely cruel things he did to the dumb cat, things so cruel that they can only be told in inaudible whispers. Ren asks the doctor what is wrong with him, and when the horse tells Ren that he is crazy, a fight ensues, and Ren kills him. Two dog catchers come into the office. Ren bites one of the dog catcher's left hand off. Ren is taken away. Eventually, the tortured frog from Ren's childhood enters the office, and blows his brains out.
